Dr Gerd Heuschmann, world renowned expert on equine biomechanics and author
of ‘Tug of War- Classical versus "Modern Dressage"’ and the film ‘If Horses could
Speak’ will be visiting the UK from the 29 August – 1 September 2012. These
days will present a unique opportunity to hear and observe Dr Heuschmann’s
work and will include material from his new book ‘Balancing Act - A way to
become a responsible rider".

Some horses are being trained with mechanical and
technical devices in the shortest time possible...
The goal of training should be to further the horse's
capacity to perform, and optimize his physical beauty as
well as his overall well-being by taking enough time.


August 29 - September 1


Lessons all mornings. Lecture demos in the afternoons with PowerPoint /
videos/ photos and live demos all in the arena. Each day we will have
several different demo horses. Some of the horses will be painted. Some of
the work will be carried out on the lunge.

Information stands will be available - please contact me if you would like
to book an info stand.

Demo horses will be required - please contact me if you feel your horse would be a
suitable candidate.

There will be other professionals giving mini lectures in the lunchtime slots - again
please contact me if you would like to be considered.
